Everyone knows that first impressions count. And, having a neat, manicured yard

Estate Spruce Up Service. This service is offered as a clean up service for
rental property, property for sale, open house events, etc. We will make your
property shine. Here is what we will do:

Perform our Basic Mowing which consists of mowing lawn, edging, trimming,
and removal of all grass clippings from sidewalks, parking areas, etc.
Clean up any overgrown areas that may need tending.
Remove all weeds from beds.
Mulch beds using mulch of your choice including pine straw or pine bark.
Trim all hedges under 5 feet tall
Remove all sucker branches on tree limbs within reach.
Remove all clippings from property so that it is in top condition when we
leave.
Any other services can be discussed and performed as needed.
