About Our Services

We offer full scale lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, leaf removal, and clean up services. Here is a description of the work we perform:

Basic Service- This service is limited to mowing of lawn, string trimming around trees, buildings and other obstructions, edging, blowing or sweeping of grass clippings from walks, drives, and patios. This service can be done on an as- needed basis or a weekly schedule throughout the growing season.

Four Season Yard Care- Our Four Season Yard Care Program is the best choice for year round yard care. It also includes several programs to enhance the look of your yard year round. This service includes all services mentioned in the Basic Service, and also includes trimming of shrubs leaf removal during fall and winter months, and mulching of all beds. Mowing: Lawns will be mowed on a weekly  or bi-weekly basis during a mowing season. This generally consists of an average of about 40 weeks. Additional mowings during a given week can be done at an additional charge. Grasses on lawns are mulched, returning the grass to the lawn. Bagging of grass can be done at an additional expense. Mowing will consist of removal of 1/3 blade height unless otherwise stated.

Edging: All turf areas adjacent to concrete curbs, sidewalks, and driveways will be edged as needed. Trimming around buildings, trees, fences, and beds will be performed with each mowing. All trimming is done with a string trimmer or edger unless otherwise stated.

Trimming: Shrubs and hedges will be kept in a neat, uniform shape at all times, trimmings usually consist of 2-6 trimmings per year.

Shrubs and Beds: Trimming of shrubs 5' or shorter is performed on a quarterly basis. Certain shrubs may not be trimmed in the winter months. All trimming shall be performed in a manner that is healthy and beneficial to the plant. Hand weeding of beds will be performed as needed. Mulching will be done twice, once in spring and then again in fall, to a  thickness of  at least 2" . Additional mulching can be done as needed at an additional cost.

General Maintenance: All walks, porches, patios, and parking areas will be blown off after each mowing to remove lawn debris. Clean up and disposal of normal litter, trash and debris on the property each visit, common areas.

Storm Damage Clean Up /Debris Removal : Clean ups of overgrown areas are available. Yard waste due to build up, storm, etc. can be removed and hauled to transfer station (NO GARBAGE)

Real Estate Spruce Ups: This service is for rental property, property for sale, and vacation property. Everyone knows first impressions count. We can help with the "eye-appeal." This service is taylored to the specific needs of the property.
